How do I delete my account?
The short answer
Ask from the bottom of your account page. Marketing email stops right away, and we delete the account and everything tied to it within 30 days.
- If you have Willie Pro, requesting deletion cancels it right away, with no further charges. If you're still inside the refund window, open a refund request before you delete.
- On your account page, tick the confirmation box under "Delete my account" and send the request.
We keep only what the law asks us to: the record of your email consent, your address on our do-not-email list, and payment records if you ever paid for Pro. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Your support tickets go with the account.
