Terms of Use

Wager Willie is a sports research and media site. We do not take bets, hold money for betting, set odds, run a sportsbook or casino, or offer any game, contest or prize you can win money from. You cannot place a bet on Wager Willie.

Nothing you pay us is a bet or a deposit. Willie Pro and any other paid plan buy access to research and tools, never a chance to win money. Wager Willie may earn a commission when someone signs up with a licensed sportsbook through our links, but we are not a sportsbook and never handle your bets or betting money. If you choose to bet, you do that with a licensed sportsbook, under its rules and the laws where you live, and that is between you and that sportsbook.

Wager Willie is for adults. You must be of legal betting age where you live to create an account: 19+ in most of Canada (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and 21+ in most US states. If sports betting isn't legal where you live, you must be at least 21 in the US or 19 in Canada. It's your job to know and follow the laws where you are, including whether sports betting is legal there.

Willie's analysis comes from statistical models, data and AI, explained in his voice. It is research to help you think about a game. It is not betting, financial or professional advice, and it is not a promise about any result. Models are often wrong, data can be late or wrong, and sports are unpredictable. Every call Willie makes is recorded and graded in public, wins and losses alike.

Keep your login details private and tell us right away at hello@wagerwillie.com if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the site or gives false age or location details. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from your account page. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect for your account, how we use it and your choices about it.

Wager Willie is free to read, and a free account opens a number of full Deep Dives every month. Willie Pro is an optional paid subscription. The Willie Pro page shows whether it's on sale, what it costs and what it includes. Whenever it's on sale, these rules apply, and they apply to any other paid plan we add.

Price and payment: Willie Pro is billed monthly in US dollars at the price shown on the Willie Pro page and at checkout. There is no free trial. Payments are handled by our payment processor; your card details go to the payment processor and never to us. "Early adopter price" is a label for the launch price. It is not a promise that your price will never change. The price-change rules below apply to every subscription.

What credits are: Willie Pro includes Ask Willie credits. One credit is one question you ask Willie through Ask Willie. The Willie Pro page shows how many credits you get each month. Credits have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, withdrawn, transferred or used to bet, and are not a balance or deposit of any kind. Unused credits don't carry over or get refunded when a month ends or a subscription stops.

7-day refund: if you're not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, as long as you have not used any credits from that plan. After 7 days, or once credits have been used, that payment is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we made a mistake (for example, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a paid feature that didn't work and we couldn't fix). Renewal payments are covered by the cancelling rules below, not the 7-day refund. A question whose credit came back to you (because Willie couldn't answer it) doesn't count as a used credit. The 7-day refund applies to your first-ever Willie Pro payment, not to a later re-subscription. A 7-day refund ends Willie Pro and cancels the subscription right away, so you won't be charged again.

Cancelling: you can cancel a subscription any time from your account page (Manage billing). Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded unless the 7-day policy above applies.

Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, charged to the card you gave at checkout, until you cancel. Before you pay, we show the price, how often you'll be charged and how to cancel, and you tick a box to agree. If a renewal payment fails, the payment processor tries again for a short time and you keep Pro meanwhile; if it still fails, Pro ends. For yearly plans, if we ever offer them, we'll email you a reminder before each renewal. If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

How to ask for a refund: within the 7 days, email hello@wagerwillie.com (ideally from the address on your account so we can find it quickly), or open a refund request from the Support page. If you can't, tell us and we'll confirm it's you another way. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

Some pages link to other websites, including licensed sportsbooks, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through our links. When we show sportsbook links, they only appear after the analysis and only where they are legal for your region. We don't control other websites and are not responsible for their content, offers, terms or how they handle your money or data. Commissions never change Willie's analysis. Willie, the Wager Willie name and logo, and the site's analysis, writing, artwork and design belong to Vault Media Inc. You may read and share links to our pages for personal use. Please don't copy, resell, scrape or republish our content in bulk without written permission. Team and league names are used only to identify games. Wager Willie is not affiliated with or endorsed by any team or league.

We work hard to keep data accurate and the site running, but we can't promise it will always be correct, complete or available. Willie's analysis is research, and any bet you place is your own decision and your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Vault Media Inc is not liable for betting losses or for indirect losses from using or relying on the site. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty, right or remedy you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded, including rights about the quality of paid services.

We may update these terms as the site grows. When we make a change that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, if you have an account, tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. For changes that affect a paid plan, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and if you don't agree you can cancel before the change applies and get a refund for any paid time you haven't used. Otherwise, using the site after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.
