How do I reset my password?
The short answer
On the log-in page, ask for a reset link and we'll email it to you. It works for 2 hours and only once. You can also skip passwords entirely with an emailed login link.
- Go to the log-in page and choose the password reset option.
- Enter the email on your account.
- Open the link in the email and pick a new password.
Don't want a password at all? Choose "Email me a login link instead". The link logs you in and works for 15 minutes.
For your safety we never say whether an email has an account, so the message looks the same either way.
