Can I get a refund?
The short answer
Full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first-ever Willie Pro payment, as long as no Ask Willie credits were used. Re-subscriptions aren't covered. Open a refund request ticket and we'll handle it.
The refund covers that first-ever payment. Later monthly renewals and payments for a re-subscription aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time so the next one never happens.
Outside those rules, write to us anyway if something went wrong, like a double charge. A real person reads every ticket.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
